ANSWER: It's more beige- off white. BTW, I DO NOT reccommend this chair. It is completely uncomfortable and squeaks the entire time. I absolutely regret this purchase. My suggestion, spend the money for a recliner/glider that does not squeek. It will be well worth it- I have spent numerous nights walking (not rocking) my child to sleep b/c it is soooo noisy. by F L 2/28/2012

If you are planning to nurse, you must have a glider! The high back, high arm supports, convenient side pockets and smooth motion of this set are the perfect combination for Mom and baby. My newborn loves the rocking motion and the ease and comfort help both of us relax to make breastfeeding easier. The set is beautiful for the money and I highly recommend it for other new Moms.
