I looked all over for rails that would work for my Simplicity Ellis crib and would match the medium oak color...though this is not a perfect color match, and I wouldn't expect it to be, being that it's a different company, it is the closest that I could find. You do have to be handy or know someone who is handy in order to make these rails work for the Simplicity Ellis crib. We had to drill 4 extra holes through the frame, purchase longer screws (about 6 1/4 inches long), and we also added 1 inch brackets above and below the rails on each side. These extra items came up to about $12 total. Once put together the bed looked beautiful, was very sturdy, and the slight difference in color is not even noticeable with the use of a bed skirt. I suggest getting a box spring along with the mattress as it fits perfectly and eliminates the need to purchase slats. The company did a good job with shipping. It shipped promptly and was packaged very well.
