COMMENT: We are setting up a room to provide foster care to two children and decided to look for a crib that is sturdy but smaller than a regular crib. You are not permitted to put anything in the crib with the baby, so we do not need the crib space for bumpers, blankets, etc. All of the reviews I read indicated that the baby would become old enough to move to a toddler/single bed before it would out grow this smaller crib. by Deneen W 4/9/2015

ANSWER: Sorry for the delayed answer - just figured out what this was! <br />YES. Love the mini crib; plenty big for my son. He still sleeps in it and he'll be two in November. ANSWER: My son is almost 18lbs at 7 months now and doing great in this crib I have at least another 9 months before I have to turn it into a bed for him. It seems really small but it worked out great for us. We went to a local Babies R Us and looked at a mini crib and literally put the baby in the store model one to see how it worked. ANSWER: My decision to buy a mini crib was because I thought it would be the perfect size for an already crowded room. However, looking back, I wish I had purchased a full size crib since my son is not able to move around much in it. This crib is basically only suitable for sleeping. ANSWER: Yes, it is bigger than expected! We needed something that would be big enough and sturdy enough to keep the baby in it for the first year until our middle child is out of the full size crib, and this mini crib will do the trick. This crib was bought as a transitional crib so that we could keep our little one in our room for longer and she will move from this crib into her bigger convertible crib that is in her nursery. ANSWER: My grandaughter is almost 4 months old and it's still plenty big enough for her. We bought it because we had to fit a crib in a small space and it is perfect for our purpose. Absolutely love the crib... it is perfect in the room especially since we found out we are having twins and needed two cribs. Great quality and easy to put together. I built it with no problems and I am 6 months pregnant!

LOVED the crib it was exactly what i wanted for my new baby. the price was great and it was free shipping cant beat that! what i really like about buy the crib from simplybabyfurniture.com was that it was ship to me really fast like i order my crib on tuesday and received it on friday maybe i just live really close to the warehouse or whatever but i thought it was going to be like a couple of weeks but it was great that it came so fast.
