Sorelle's Shaker Combo Unit was designed with practicality in mind. This versatile dresser doubles as a changing table, making it the ideal choice for space-challenged nurseries. Beautifully crafted and finished in rich espresso, it features three roomy drawers that can accommodate clothing, blankets, toys and more. One small drawer and a cabinet are perfect for keeping diapering essentials organized and out of sight. Sorelle also makes an optional hutch (sold separately) that can be added to the Combo Unit for additional storage and display space. Did you know that Sorelle is eco-friendly, too? QUESTION: I have never ordered anythig from this site before. It says no returns, what happens if the product arrives damaged. Was everything you ordered packed well and did they arrive with no damage to them? by Heather N 4/4/2012
STAFF ANSWER: In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or is missing parts please contact us immediately. Please do not refuse your FEDEX or UPS delivery as we will be able to provide you replacement parts more quickly if you accept the damaged item. We will coordinate with you and the supplier to get whatever you need to make your item as good as new, and any needed replacement part(s) will be shipped to you free of charge. Please be sure to check your order within 7 days of receiving it for any visible or concealed damage.

For items delivered via truck for curbside or white glove delivery you MUST tell the driver and write the problem on shipping documents before signing. Damage noted after the driver leaves will be more difficult to remedy. Please report any problems directly to us as well. by Customer S 4/27/2012
