The glider was easy to assemble. However after only a month of use, the foam cushioning on the armrests has fallen in the cover squishing down at the bottom and won't stay over the wooden armrest bars. Each time I use the glider I have to pull the foam up to cover the wood, but it slips back down. Need a better way to secure the foam cushion over the armrest.
