This chest of drawers is beautiful. Very high quality, and the peace of mind in having it already assembled is wonderful. One handle was defective, and though I am still awaiting a response on replacement, I am hopeful that customer service will take care of it promptly. The delivery service (though very slow in making it here) was very thorough and helpful.
