It took us about an hour each to put together the crib and the dresser/changing table. Everything looked great in the box and although other reviewers were disappointed in the pine denting easily, we didn't think it was a problem. We did put in a couple of small dents but they are not noticeable to anyone else but us. The set looks great put together and is very sturdy. Very happy with the purchase!
