ANSWER: I Just put it together this past weekend, and it actually seems very sturdy and nice. It has alot of parts, but it was not that hard to assemble. One of my crib parts needs to be replaced because it is missing the threading, but that is pretty minor. ( It's the Back Top Rail). I will be in touch with the company to get that replaced. ANSWER: The quality is nice. It feels strudy and was not difficult to assemble however my husband who has wood working experience did the assembly. ANSWER: my daughter is now almost three and we have had the crib and changing table since she was born. the wood is good quality. in three years it has never splinted, cracked etc. we've had no issues with the set with so ever. we also bought the conversion kit to convert it into a full bed - which we just did for my daughter. it was a little difficult to figure out how to do that as there were no instructions, but the original set up of the crib and table were easy, including the adjusting of the crib mattress downward as she got bigger. by K E 6/23/2012
