DaVinci's Parker 4 in 1 Convertible Crib has a light, Natural finish that brings out the beautiful grain of the solid wood from which it's constructed. The broad, ruler-straight slats contrast nicely with the soft curves of the legs and the front and back top rails, separating this crib from the rest of the pack of affordable children's furniture. Because of the low elevation of the curved front rail, no drop side is necessary, so there are no moving parts. As your child develops, the mattress lowers to three different levels, and the crib transitions into a daybed using the included conversion kit. With the purchase of an additional rail kit, you can extend the useful life of the bed even longer by converting it into a full-size bed as well. The crib was everything I expected based on the other reviews I read. It's good quality, and it didn't take too long to put together. We did get one piece on backwards b/c the instructions didn't specify that it needed to go a particular direction, but we got it turned around pretty quickly. I am very please with my crib purchase. The matching accessories aren't quite as nice as the crib, and some hardware broke when we put together the dresser, but the compnay was good about getting us replacement hardware quickly.

I love the look of this crib. It goes with my toddler's convertable crib in natural and the nursery furniture. I like the drawer that comes with the crib. It took my husband and his friend about 3 hours to put together becuase some of the pieces are a bit hard to maneuver while fastening screws and bolts. The drawer (ironically) was more difficult for them than the actual crib. The directions were not as clear in that area. The bolt holes on the crib are exposed, but they don't take away from the over all look of the crib. I would recommend this crib to friends and am happy with it so far.
