The next day, I received an e-mail that prominently featured the e-mail addresses of the President and Vice-President of the company, expressing that if I had any problems or concerns to contact them directly. Whether this is a company employing 10 people or 500, the concern for customer satisfaction and the accessibility to the "higher-ups" is worth the extra few dollars I may have spent on the chair I ordered.
