It took a little bit for our order to ship but after a phone call the CSR got it moving. We had a little glitch with the shipping company but it all worked out (one day late). It arrived in tact and assembled! It is beautiful...no damage or scratches. We are very satisfied with the quality of the product and would order again in the future.
