Any little girl will love playing with the Real Good Toys Glenwood Doll House, but first she'll have tons of fun working with mom or dad to put it together. Half the fun is creating the house and seeing it through every stage. This dollhouse comes unassembled and unfinished and includes step-by-step instructions with detailed drawings that make assembly a cinch. You have the choice of getting Milled MDF or Smooth Plywood for the exterior walls. The Smooth Plywood kit comes with everything that's in the picture. It doesn't come with clapboard siding, edge trim, shingles and shutters. It comes with pre-cut engineered parts that are in working condition, plus a Gazebo porch and pre-assembled windows. The MDF version includes wooden shingles for the roof, while the plywood kit doesn't include shingles. This dollhouse is ideal for children ages 3 and up. It's sure to add adventure to any girl's life, making playtime with dolly extra fun.
